TCF Centre now includes some new features as well as a
new logo and colour scheme
Updated logo and theme - You will notice that TCF Centre has a new look! There are no changes to navigation but we have updated the site with our new logo and colour scheme.
Confidential Responses Setting - A new setting has been added to the company details to determine whether the confidential tick box is included within customer questionnaires.
Filter by response type indicators in the Questionnaire Inbox - You can now set filters in the Questionnaire Inbox to display either positive or negative feedback responses.
New page layouts and paging filters for Networks - If you are using the Network version of TCF Centre, you’ll find that we’ve enhanced the Select Member Firm page and Hierarchy screens to make it even easier for you to drill into your feedback results.
